Onychomycosis is the most common disease of the  nails and concerns 900 millionpeople in the world.

Nails become thickened and discoloured (white , black , yellow or green).

As the infection Progresses, the nail can become brittle, with pieces breaking off or coming away completely from the toe or finger.

The surrounding skin becomes inflamed and painful underneath and around the nail.

The pathogens causing onychomycosis include dermatophytes, Candida and nondermatophytic moulds. Of the dermatophytes the commonest is Trichophyton rubrum,which causes more then 60% of infections worldwide.

THE SOLUTION

SFN 10 HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED TO TREAT NAIL FUNGI THROUGH A TRIPLE ACTION:

• It penetrates deeply into the nail thanks to the specific applicator and it modifies the microenvironment by lowering the pH to a value that prevents the growth of the dermatophytes;
• Through the synergetic action of its active ingredients, undecylenic acid and acetic acid, which at the acid pH of the solution have the greatest anti-mycotic activity ;
• It stimulates the regrowth of the nail physiologically.

The special (patented) applicator of SFN 10 allows, unlike other products on the market, easy application of the solution under and at the edges of the nail, penetrating into the nail recesses where the dermatophytes normally gather. Two applications a day (morning and evening) are recommended until healing (1-3 months). The solution must eb applied without any dilution.
